Since 2013, Marion has focused on improving how legal work gets done. Today she teaches Agile working methods to lawyers at law firms, in-house legal departments and legal education providers. Marion is a Certified Legal Project Practitioner and Legal Process Improvement Professional, Scrum Master and an ICF PCC-level coach. Marion believes Agile and AI are a perfect match. Agile helps legal teams to redesign their workflows by giving them the structures, short cycles and fast feedback they need to put AI to real use.
