Nikki Shaver is CEO and co-founder of Legaltech Hub and a leading authority on legal AI and the future of legal services. A former practicing lawyer who went on to hold senior global innovation leadership roles across multiple international law firms, she has led large-scale, enterprise transformation across global offices, including the deployment and adoption of AI-driven platforms and client-facing technologies.
Nikki advises senior law firm and corporate legal leaders on AI strategy, technology investment, and innovation governance, and works closely with legal technology companies and investors on product strategy and market positioning. Through her work at Legaltech Hub, she sits at the center of the legal technology ecosystem, providing data-driven insight into how AI is reshaping legal services.
A frequent international keynote speaker, Nikki is known for delivering clear, strategic perspectives on AI adoption, business model change, and the competitive future of law. She is the author of The Handbook for Legal Innovation and an adjunct professor at Cardozo Law School.
