Elisabet is a managing partner and the Nordic head of corporate M&A at Linklaters Stockholm. She is a trusted adviser to a wide range of clients, including listed companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions. She is particularly renowned for her work in technology-driven transactions, supporting clients with investments, partnerships and acquisitions at the forefront of AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies. She frequently advises on the structuring and negotiation of complex joint ventures, often facilitating seamless and strategic international collaborations. Her practice also includes advising on regulatory issues such as Swedish national security and technology regulation, and she has extensive experience of supporting clients in sectors that are critical to innovation and the AI economy.

Sophia Lagerholm

With over 25 years of experience in the legal field as an attorney, Head of Knowledge Management & Learning, and Head of Digital & Innovation, Sophia Lagerholm leads Delphi's digitization and innovation initiatives. Her primary focus is on catalyzing constructive and cultural change, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging AI and other technologies across the organization with the aim of facilitating her colleagues while creating added value for the firm's clients

Iga Kurowska
AI Product Excellence Lead, Karnov Group & Norstedt Juridik

Iga Kurowska is the Group Lead of AI Product Excellence at Karnov Group and Norstedts Juridik. Prior to stepping into this role, she spent three years driving innovation initiatives across Karnov Region South (France, Spain and Portugal). She previously served as Head of Innovation & Legaltech at a major Spanish corporate law firm and holds a PhD from Sorbonne Law School, where her research focused on data-driven international M&A transactions. A former practicing French lawyer, she also teaches at several European universities. Iga is a successful legaltech founder, having exited her startup in 2021, and is the author of numerous publications on legal technology. She is active in global legal innovation networks, including the AIJA Legaltech Board and the Global Legaltech Consortium.

Merete Smith
Generalsekretær, Den Norske Advokatforening

Merete Smith has been Secretary General of the Norwegian Bar Association since 2003. She has a law degree from University of Oslo, an LL.M. from Georgetown University in Washington DC, and experience as an associate in a corporate law firm and from the Ministry of Justice in Norway. Merete Smith has been an assistance judge in Asker og Bærum District court and a judge at Borgarting Appeal Court in Oslo. She has been Head of the Board of The National Theatre in Norway, co-chairs The Bar Executives Committee in the IBA and, and is head of CEEBA (Chief Executives of European Bar Associations).

Andrew Hjuler Crichton
Generalsekretær, Danske Advokatsamfundet

Andrew Hjuler Crichton, Secretary General of the Danish Bar and Law Society since 2019. Andrew has extensive experience and interest in working with the political system coming from a position as Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, where he was part of the Executive Board and Group Management.

He has previously been Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Employment and has worked as a lawyer specialized in company law and business law.
